Spiritual Leadership

Kohenet Hebrew Priestess Institute

Taya Mâ co-founded and co-directed the Kohenet Hebrew Priestess Institute, a clergy training program, sibling-hood and movement dedicated to reclaiming and innovating embodied and earth-honoring models of Jewish feminist spiritual leadership. While Kohenet Institute closed its doors in 2023, Taya Mâ currently supports emerging and advanced priestexxes in an evolving mystery-school context, and is working with kohanot toward creating pathways for a living legacy of counter-oppressive and embodied Kohenet, including concentric circles of liberatory community and training.
